Booking & Payment Policies

  • Photoshoot Deposit: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book any photoshoot. This deposit will be applied to your total fee.

  • Other Services: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all non-photoshoot services.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. No retouching will begin until all fees are paid in full.

Turnaround Time & Delivery

  • Proofing Gallery: Sent within 48 hours of your session.

  • Final Gallery: Delivered via the email you provided within 7–14 business days.

  • Rush Delivery: Available for an additional $50 rush fee.

Usage Rights & Advertising

  • Photos captured by Brianna Goodwin Dynamics may be used for promotional or advertising purposes at any time. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this usage.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Reschedule Notice: You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours in advance.

  • The new session must be booked within 30 days of the original date, and you may only reschedule once using the same deposit.

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours of your session will incur a $20 inconvenience fee.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred after the 30-day window.

Additional Services & Fees

  • Extra Retouched Images (Paid Packages): $20 per image

  • Watermark Removal + Limited Usage Rights (no package): $30 per image

  • All Unedited Images:

    • $75 for fewer than 100 images

    • $100 for 100+ images

Frequently Asked Questions

How soon should I book my photoshoot?

The earlier, the better! Please book your session at least two weeks before your desired date, especially if you’re considering a custom theme. Your session is officially booked once your deposit is paid and your date is confirmed.

Do you offer custom themes?

Yes! I love creating custom themes. Please note: Additional fees will be applied for the props and set design. If you're interested in a custom setup, mention it when booking so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring friends or guests to the photoshoot?

Please limit guests as much as possible. Due to space limitations, only essential guests are encouraged. At least one parent or guardian must be present at all times for children's sessions.

I want to take outdoor photos, but I’m not sure where. Can you help?

Absolutely! If you have a specific location in mind, let me know. If not, I’ll find a beautiful location that suits your vision. Please note that any location rental fees are the client’s responsibility.

Should I arrive ready?

Yes, please arrive with hair and makeup complete. You may change outfits or do minor touch-ups on-site, but your session will begin and end at the scheduled time. Be sure to factor in extra looks when choosing your photo package.

Will my photos have a watermark?

Photos included in your paid package will not be watermarked. However, any images taken by Brianna Goodwin Dynamics that have not been purchased will include a watermark.
